By registering for a training module, paying course fees, or logging into our remote lab environments, you explicitly accept these terms. If you disagree with any segment of these rules, you may not register for our courses or utilize our configuration sandbox databases.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

Fourvedatech provides specialized training directed at corporate professionals, IT consultants, and fresh engineering or management graduates:

• You must provide accurate profile parameters during course registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your sandbox server login identifiers. Sharing your remote server username and password details with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate user profiles found to contain fraudulent identity details or malicious registration records.

3. Sandbox Server Usage & Conduct Guidelines

Our administrators monitor configuration logs continuously. Any student found engaging in actions that intentionally degrade server speed, block access of other students, or corrupt system configuration tables will face immediate user account suspension with no course fee refund.

4. Payment, Installments, & Refund Rules

All enrollment fees, installment structures, and registration parameters must align with these pricing terms:

• Enrollment Fees: Course fees are payable in full or in pre-agreed installments prior to class access. We utilize secure payment links for invoicing.
• Refund Eligibility: Students can request a full refund of registration fees within the first 3 days of course access, provided they have not logged into the remote sandbox environment or accessed more than 10% of high-definition guide walkthroughs.
• No-Refund Clause: No refunds are issued after the 3-day trial period or once custom sandbox server credentials have been provisioned to the user.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum files, configuration guide manuals, walkthrough documents, slides, high-definition videos, and mock exam preparatory databases are the exclusive intellectual property of Fourvedatech Academy:

You receive a personal, non-transferable, limited license to read our materials for personal academic study. Copying, republishing, uploading on public network drives, or distributing our training materials to unauthorized third parties is a violation of intellectual property laws and will lead to legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fourvedatech Academy focuses on high-quality professional coaching. However, we do not guarantee specific corporate placement offers, job promotions, or certification examination success:

Our training is designed to build practical configurations competence. We are not liable for any personal database errors, software crashes, network server downtime, or career outcomes resulting from the use of our services or configurations training guidelines.
